Im a benefactor, says I cant contact members or post ads, I think.... hmmmmm, maybe Im out of date so I need to pay then it tells me no, you paid, and still cant post. OPS, can we get a control on this/ a fix? Do I need to pay, can I pay? Am I ok to post? Aggravating

Probably get a faster response from Mods if you put this in Feedback and Support.

Take a deep breath. Now either change the title on this to "Mods please help" or delete and start a new thread in the feedback forum with that title. Its probably just a glitch in the system, its technology, stuff happens. I'm sure they will get it cleared up. Btw, acting like a child and being pissy when you have Christian in your name isn't real Christian like is it? Tapatalk ate my spelling.

Nothing appears to be wrong with your account.  I don't see Benefactor status, so that'll take David's involvement.  It's been reported, so he'll see it when he logs in.

Your account has a pending renewal on it.  The error you're getting is because you're trying to buy a new one rather than re-activate the one you already have.

 

In order to renew it, you need to visit your control panel here:  http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/index.php?app=nexus&module=clients

 

You will see one invoice showing a "Pay Now" option next to it.  Use that button to re-activate the account.

I am seemingly also having this issue, except I seemingly do not have the option for renewing it.
