i am looking for a new, keep me busy project. i really have in mind to do a cummins 4bt swap. i really want to do it in a jeep but i will have to see where fundage is and do a little more research on frame and axle strength. if not a jeep then i will probably do a ranger. anyone else into this type stuff? any ideas on where to pick up a bread truck? i know i can get a motor off ebay or craigslist but i would really like to pick up a complete truck so that i can get all the little odds and ends.

I went on a big search for vans the end of last year. I went to 4-5 different states. There is a place in Moscow Mo that has quit a bit of them. I didn't find one I wanted because the bodies where a ill rough but might be a good place to find motors. Just google step van in Moscow and it will pull up.

I will check out moscow. I've been on a couple of forums for some info. I was mainly looking to see if anyone else on here was into that type stuff and for a (hopefully) local source for the motor

There was a guy on Nashville Craigslist that had an old Frito lay truck for sale without motor. When I talked to him he had the motor for sale separate .dont know if he would still be there or not
