Is there a gunshop/smith in the Knoxville area that is able to open the throat of a KKM barrel? I'm not even sure where to start looking for this service.

send it back to them and they will do it for you.  i picked up a used glock 22 barrel and they cut it down to glock 23 size for me on the free.  they are a good bunch of people.  give them a call and talk with them.

Why open the throat on the Barrel? do you want to load a long round?

More the chamber. I'm having some rounds with lead bullets that drop in the gauge but wont gauge in the barrel.  Folks over on BEnos said they had some they had to have opened up to run lead good.

I was confused on my terms. I have since been properly ed-U-my-kated.
