I don't think secret service would have been able to protect GZ after that fight, especially if he won. He should pick a better opponent like nancy grace......or Diane Feinstein to do a three no I meant tag team match

He is certainly not helping himself (in terms of trying to have a normal life) but at the same time, it doesn't help that people (here and other places) feel the need to keep bringing him up!

 

Based on some of the comments in these two related threads it seems that there are some who want to re-try his case and love any opportunity to bash him. Anyway, I think we would stop "hearing" about him if people simply stopped "listening".  ;)

Keeping his mouth shut and staying out of the media's linelight wouldn't hurt him either! But he's an attention seeking punk that will never learn until someone kills him!

I would love to re-try his case considering half the evidence against him wasn't allowed to be presented in court. Such as his past behavior, making videos begging the public to believe his side of the story and donate money...the list just goes on and on..which I'm not going to do!

As I recall there was a good bit of information about the sweet little thug that wasn't allowed in court either and if all the unfavorable background about Zimmerman was going to be allowed in then certainly all the details about the thug's background should have been fair game too don't you think?  :shrug:

Yes, all documented legal action against them both should have been admitted; that would have been more than fair.

But we’ve been through this page after page after page before. You were absolutely 100% ,without a doubt right, on what the jury would rule Robert. You were spot on.

Absolutely Robert. I never could figure out how and why the courts pick and choose what can be presented and what can't. We had a shooting/murder here in Clarksville a few years ago and the shooting was caught on video. The defense got it thrown out and the jury didn't get to see it. I think if it has anything in the world to do with the bad guy and their past, it should be able to be brought into court. Same with the victim (Trayvon for example).

The proposed fight was a current event that people outside of this forum were talking about. I'm thrilled that it won't take place. I'd like to forget about Zimmermann entirely.

I would, too. That horse died a long time ago, in my mind, kinda like the actress and the musician who can't stay sober long enough

to make a rational thought, like "I sure could could brush my teeth!"

 

I don't like or care what those kinds do. They will be left out in the cold, when they discover they can't take care for themselves.

My money was on Zimmerman simply based upon his athletic physique and boxing prowess.
