You'd have to get SBR stamp before you could legally even possess it along with the Glock, let alone mate them.

REALLY, thats a downer. A REAL downer. Might be worth it tho. Does someone make one that does not requite a stamp? I saw one of a 1911 a while back and I cant find it again.

You are thinking of a MecTec which is perfectly legal because it converts the 1911 into a rifle with 16" barrel and 26" overall.

 

They do make a non SBR version of the Roni. It has a tube that acts like the barrel and is legal according to the ATF.
