That's unbelievable. Awsome birthday present by far! Although according to the article 7 million produced during the Korean War is a bit off methinks..

Amazing story. Almost made me teary-eyed.:up:

I know it's not the same, but it reminds me of my Grandfathers Fender Jaguar guitar that had been stolen many many years ago. About a year ago, my father decided to put the Interweb to use, and what do ya know, he found the guitar for sale on eBay. Some collector/dealer in the Michigan had just posted it for auction. The Fender Bandmaster amp has never been recovered.
