That seems like a good deal.  I just wish the 1911 was not such an outdated and unreliable weapon........

I'm not a huge 1911 fan but the Sig's are by far my favorite. I like their thin squared slide profile and external extractor. Lot's of gun for the money too especially with this deal.

Can't figure out if it's good for a regular box store only, hopefully good at the online shops too. Found the 1911 Compact C3 at a good price.

 Who makes the -22?

I know it's got Sig's name, I would just hope it's not like the plastic bb gun Colt AR15-22 I had.

Terms and conditions: Promotion ends April 30, 2014. Participating dealers only. Supplies are limited.
Check with your participating dealer for availability. State restrictions where applicable. You must
purchase one of the six full-size 1911 pistols to receive a FREE 1911-22. Pistol is free. Transfers fees,
taxes and all other costs are assumed by the consumer. Offer subject to on-hand inventory and not
necessarily model depicted.* Call your local dealer to determine participation.**

SIG SAUER reserves the right to discontinue all offers and promotions without prior notification

The way I read it it is that you better hurry and buy it form a PARTICIPATING DEALER. The first people to the limited supply will get the "free" pistol.

Only the PISTOL is free, You are still paying taxes and transfer. I'm betting the taxes are MSRP but my not be. You pretty much get what the dealer has in stock.

Hope he has the setup you like, other wise you get what you get.

That's just my take on it. i don't know anything FOR SURE.
