Since none of you cheapskates would buy it lol, I traded my XDm in on a Remington 700 with Nikon scope and a harris bipod. As soon as I get off work this morning it's off to shoot.

What flavor 700 did you get?

I recently got a 700 VLS in .308 and added a Leupold VX-III 6.5X20. I’ve been pretty happy with it.

alas, I own the rifle, but its a gift that I don't actually get until christmas, just the deal happened to come along in June, so I've shot it a bit, but I don't actually have it local to shoot often. I just fired what my dad had laying around (I believe it was some winchester .308?), all I know, is that if you miss with that gun, it is NOT the gun's fault!
