So I reload 9mm Only. (for now) I have heard conflicting responses about this topic. How many times can a brand new Casing be reloaded. Obviously I understand if a case is compromised = no good. What is the case keeps going and going? Is there a point in which you should not reload it anymore even if it still looks good?

Totally depends on the quality of the brass and occasionally on the gun they are being fired from.(some guns are rougher on brass than others) I have seen some brass where the primer pockets get loose after around a half dozen reloads. I also have some nato brass that has been kicking around since the late '90s that I have honestly lost count on.

Yeah this is kinda what I was thinking.

The hotter your load, the more the brass is worked as well. I don't even attempt to keep track of how many times a case is used. I can generally feel when one is starting to split when I run it through the decapper/resizer. I kick out a lot more 357 brass than any other handgun caliber.

I don't remember kicking out very much auto stuff at all over the years. If I had to guess, I'd say some of my 40 brass is on maybe it's 10th to 11th loading by now, going by how many cases I have and how many bullets I've bought over the years. In my experience, nickel plated cases split more often. For instance, nickel brass makes up only 5-7% of my 357 brass, but about half my split 357 cases are nickel. I treat them all the same, loading them all in big batches, mixed up w the regular brass.

I have not proved this statement, but I when I was in research mode here on TGO over a year ago, I recollect maybe 7-8+ times.  Again, what some have already says plays a roll too.

I bought close to 2,000+ range brass.  I have no idea how many miles are on mine, so I have one of those lighted magnifying glasses on an arm mounted on my reload bench to aide my inspection of each case after a super duty cleaning and resizing.

Yeah I have resorted to throughly inspecting cases. If no issue reload that bad boy!
