Any A/V gurus here I have a question

I need to figure out how to wire an RCA plug.

The bundle coming off the board is 3 wires, red+black+yellow. The red and black power the board and I was told that yellow is for the video signal.

Question is I am sure the video signal uses more than just the one yellow wire so which is it, red+yellow or black+yellow?

The yellow is the center of the RCA jack so what goes to the outside?

This is for a video surveilance camera if that makes a difference.

Yes sir, that is correct,it's ok for power ground to be shared with video ground. I honestly believe they do that to save money on eliminating 1 wire,as I've had 4 wire mini harnesses in the past.
