little improvement to our car.

I noticed I got a few looks and even caught one guy taking a picture while I was stopped at a red light.

Put this on right before Christmas and our drive up into KY.  I noticed I got several looks and even noticed people in other cars pointing it out to their passengers.

What I didn't include was she was OK with this for a driving trip, but when we got home they had to come off.  She didn't want to risk offending anyone where she worked.

They didn't come off as easy as I thought they would.  :D

Now here's an idea-- An electronic bumper sticker-- Using low power reflective EEPROM display tech such as black'n'white kindle screens or "programmable paper"--

You could control the electronic bumper sticker via blue tooth. GPS-enabled software running on a phone or car computer could change the slogan according to location. When driving in some neighborhoods it could display an Obama "yes we can logo". In other localities display "firemen and police charity fund", or "proud parent of an honor roll student" or "Christy 2016" or whatever.

Protective coloration.

I can't say that stickers sway people one way or the other but I prefer the "hide in plain site" mode by having our SUV look just like every other Soccer Mom's SUV in the lot....

Only slightly related...

There is a place that I like to fish here locally that has some hiking trails as well.  I decide to go fishing last week, as I pull up to the parking lot I see about 3 other vehicles so I'm immediately thinking "Oh man, I'm going to have to share the creek."  Upon closer inspection all three are Subarus and Volkswagons and have either NPR, Obama, or Sierra Club stickers which gave them away as hikers and not fishermen, sure enough the only fishing pole I saw all afternoon was the one in my hand.

I have 3 stickers on my Jeep Cherokee's back glass related to any type of gun message.   One is a Special Forces Sticker, one is an NRA sticker and the last one reads.......

"GUN CONTROL"            I think that gets my point across........jmho

                                   means using both

                                             Hands

They are perfect for slapping on liberal's cars. Drives them insane just like the NRA stickers do.

Now there's a plan!

Years ago, some buddies of mine put an Al Gore campaign sign in my yard. They though it was funny, and it was, but it didn't take long to get gone.
