Upgraded my member ship did not work?

I upgraded from 6 months to a year the first of Jan. was charged but my member ship has expired. What do I need to do. Sent a message through the client area but have not heard any thing back. Thanks

At the top of the screen you'll find a menu bar with your name in it.  Click your name to drop-down the menu.  Find a link in it named "Client Area"

 

Next screen, look at the menu on the left hand side.  Find the links named "Invoices" and "Purchases".

 

You should see one that represents either a renewal or the membership that just expired and can then go from there.  Let me know in this thread if that doesn't work.

David had sent some info throught the support area there a couple days ago. I just paid for the upgrade to a year the first of this month $15 extra and for some reason it expired at normal time. Did not extend for next 6months. Sent PayPal info and date info there through the support section. Just let me know what I need to do thanks.

Patience please.  I will just cancel any of the invoices pending on your account and you can purchase a new one.  That's likely the best method at this point.

Thanks there should be no pending invoice paid back Jan 1 was a upgrade from 6mon to a year. Just did not upgrade ended instead of adding the other 6months. Sent all PayPal info through the client support section if that helps any. I was just the $15 upgrade not sure what happend. If you can fix it would be great if not not the end of the world just $15.
