Took some time this afternoon to store some IMR 4198

Got a good bit of it stored in larger brass cases with 405gr lead caps on them only a few more to go cases are cleaning right now. 45/70 gov.

I get asked from time to time how I store powder. In my usual smart ass fashion, my response is always; I prefer to store mine pre-measured in little brass tubes.

I did not know that there was any other way to store it. Thanks. These should give my shoulder a workout in my stainless marlin guide gun. Don't know why but I like to shoot it. Must enjoy getting beat up.

I load for my best friends guide gun. It's a .450 Marlin. It's a real shooter. Very accurate. Y'all can have them things. No danger of me ever having one. I'm just getting over a a shoulder injury and I ain't the least bit interested. Lol
