I've pulled so e amazing things out of tires in my years changing them. Screws and nails. Bolts and keys. Screw drivers and allen wrenches, even 9/16 box wrench once. Razor blades, bones & teeth (pretty sure one was a human tooth) even brake pads and rebar.
I have yet to pull out a government listening device or pain inducing probe.
