The only relevence that that C*** has is that she has the liberals in her back pocket. She is an antithema to everything this country stands for and was founded on. She will readily stomp on the 2nd Amendment while throwing the 4th out the window. I think I never understood what it felt like to genuinely hate someone but in her case I think I'm getting close.

I'm gonna go with the most likely issue which would be that the judge hasn't read and understood the constitution or just doesn't care. Seems like a safer assumption than vast conspiracy.

I still haven't decided whether Snowden is a hero or a traitor. Either way, I'd rank him way ahead of Feinstein.

I like how the gov't is basically saying to Snowden, "Don't break the law, that's our job!".

JMHO here but I have more respect for Snowden than I do for her. I think Snowden wanted the American people to know what our Government was doing to the American people and Feinstein doesn't want us to know anything they are doing to us. I don't think he is a spy. I think he is a whistle blower and our Government would love to see him dead and all of his information destroyed............jmho

We got our annual TARP or insider threat briefing the other day...the M/I guy who taught it brought up the Snowden issue and said that whether we agreed with him or not, he went about it the wrong way...generally I'll agree...with one caveat...

 

I do not for one second believe that there is impartiality/constitutional compliance (in full by either the NSA, FISA, or the Senate Foreign Intelligence Comittee, of which Feinstein is a member). When Feinstein supports infringement upon the 4th and 2nd amendments and then says, well he should have brought the concerns to us...why do you expect me to believe that you would have properly acted on them instead of quietly doing away with them and or Snowden (either killing him or destroying the evidence and revoking his access). 

       When the oversight agency is corrupt, it is pointless to go to them with the problem.

One way to look at his actions is he did his part.
If anyone thinks this Orwellian state we live in
is worth fighting over, it's up to the rest of us to get in on. Otherwise, what he did will go to waste.
