Sub 2000

Hello All. I purchased my 40 S&W beretta sub 2000 on tuesday. I finally got a chance to put some rounds through it yesterday (1/17/14)......400 to be exact. Had no problems at all. I cleaned and oiled it before i went to the range. I did change out the site to the tandemkross front site on before i got started. I'm well pleased...now i'm just waiting on my red lion front end and front sites to come in!

I have a sub2k .40 that takes Glock mags, I like it, good reliable shooter for sure.

Oops... before I even opened the thread, I was going to say, "Go over to theKTOG.org and see how to replace the sights!" But you've already figured that out!

I have the one that takes glock mags 9mm cool little ticket. No problems I like it. Sights are a PITA to adjust but once you get them set they are really not a problem.

I have one, shares mags between my Beretta 92, and the 30 rounders are really nice.

 

In TN though,  you lose one of it's main selling points -- discreet super compact rifle carry in general public.

Ok guys!  I guess i just read his response the wrong way! lol  I will post pictures as soon as I get my red lion precision forend and front sight.  I've put another 300 rounds through it with no problems.  I had no problems with my 20 round no name magazine that i ordered online! :-)  http://www.thektog.org/ is full of ideas for me! :-)

Which is why I said "in general public" in #11 and "on your person" in #16. And why its biggest selling point of folding up in a briefcase or backpack isn't really all that in this state. And another reason an AR or AK pistol is attractive.

No, you don't.  It's legally a pistol, not a rifle.  However, that also means that you can't put a butt stock on it as you are then turning it into an SBR.  That's when tax stamps and permits and more paperwork come in.
