At least it wasn't firearms related.

Or some hardcore narcotic.  He could get out of this one easier than a firearm charge or getting caught running meth.  It's not like his infraction is really destroying lives like a dope dealer.

Would depend on the noxiousness of the concoction he was peddling. Not like being too pale is a pressing health issue requiring injections. Otherwise I might have croaked long ago from lack of treatment of this disease. :)

When the fda is abolished he'd be on safer territory. Puzzling how a lawyer could get himself in this kind of situation. Edited by Lester Weevils

Well, it says that he's a part owner of the Nashville Armory, so I doubt it'll effect it. But you'd think a lawyer would know better.

You would think. And then, we have one of the worst governments in the history of shitty governments. Doesn't sound good, but I'm still inclined to wait for it to shake out a little before I believe some Journalists and some of Obama's favorite storm troopers.

They certainly did a number on Gibson Guitars. Their storm troopers cost Gibson millions of dollars in lost business and legal fees just to prove that they didn't break any laws. Mean time Fender and others get their rosewood through the exact same source and process and don't have visits from said storm trooper. The only difference is that Gibson's CEO contributes to the Republicans, and the others contribute to the Democrats.

Yep. Kinda hard not to just view them as the enemy.

Anything that is administered by injection is regulated. Don't know why they would even think of having anything to do w this w out FDA approval. Kind of goes along with the hormone treatment shutdowns of last year. Edited by Dustbuster

Guys, let's be a little more tactful and a lot less destructive in the way we word thread titles.  Brian is a partner in Nashville Armory, not the sole owner of.  There's also no reason to sensationalize a headline on a thread like this when the shop in question is one of our biggest supporters.  They've got enough on their plate to worry about without a TGO member crafting a thread title that paints the shop in a bad light because of something a part-owner is going through.

Lastly, the guy is innocent until proven guilty.

Meh, I couldn't care less, or maybe I could, I forget. Whichever one means I won't be losing any sleep over this is what I mean.

1. Couldn't care less(see above) about the violation.
2. From my end as a consumer, Brian is not the face of Nashville Armory, Andrew, Big Rich, Jody, Sean(both of them) and the rest are.

As long as they continue to carry most of what I want at pricing that I find fair, keep making the effort to at least pretend to be happy to see me when I walk in, I'll keep buying guns and bullets from them.
