Identify these guns

Nothing full-auto there.

The FAL is a kit gun with an Israeli HB parts kit minus the bipod.

As previously mentioned, the bottom one is a semi-auto pistol version of the Soviet PPS-43 SMG.  You can tell by the bulge around the trunnion that it's the semi-only version.

According to the police:

One of the guns also field tested positive for being fully automatic.

For what that's worth.

For pete's sake guys....it's the shotgun that was full auto. Man can't believe you guys missed that part. See the guy testing was about 3ft 4in, weighed about 105lbs and had his back up against the wall. With the shotgun on a rest, when he fired the first shot the recoil kept throwing him against the wall and his fat little fingers got stuck in the trigger guard causing the trigger to be depressed as the gun recoiled shot after shot. By standers heard the automatic machine gun firing and pointed the finger at the small guy that just got manhandled by a shot gun....... :pleased:

The shotty looks like a Tri-Star Cobra Force or a Weatherby PA-459, so just a Turkish import 12ga basically. The bolt on that middle plinker looks like either a Savage or Marlin action with me leaning towards Savage. The others have been identified, I couldn't tell you a thing about the glimpse of that top one with the exception of that it's rimfire, lol.

If a FAL isn't built properly, they can double or triple on occasion. I'm sure that would be classified as "full auto" for sensationalist purposes.

So Mr. ATF-man, it malfunctioned just as god intended, the same way you probably have 1/4-1/2 a brain, it's just all apart of god's plan...
