Flip-up Sights and QD Scope Riser for SW M&P 10 308

I have a M&P 10 on order and not being an AR accessory type person, I need some suggestions. I would like to add an economical but good  flip-up front and rear sights, I was told that the front sight should be metal since it attaches to railed gas block. I would also like a quick detached riser or riser and 1" ring QD to add my scope. What would you suggest that would be good quality at an economical price?

thanks

What do I need to be able to mount a scope and still be able to use flip-up sights w/o removing scope? This is for a flat-top SW M&P 10. I'm not aware of what's available.

thanks

Troy, Magpul, Midwest Industries, YHM, just to name a few irons but Troy's are not economical BUT they are the best for the money. It all depends on the scopes eye relief as to what you'll need, I would look into the Redfield Battlezone scopes. I would contact Dolamite Supafly or OhShoot, they're two of our foremost knowledgeable AR guys here.
