If you mean "View New Content" it works fine, always has AFAIK.

I had an operator error last week where I only saw 3 items. Turns out I had selected a checkbox on the lower left side of the screen that limited content to x. I reset my browser, cleared cookies, ect...but turns out just a misplaced click in a checkbox was the issue

This. Check the panel on the left and make sure the correct box is checked. Been there, done that.
