New Hand Cannon

Just got this yesterday from Magiccarpetrides and it's my first true hand cannon, I've got 357's & 38's but this is my first 44MAG. All I can say is this thing rocks. I have shot quite a few 357's and this doesn't even kich that hard. I did only shoot it once since when it busted a cap I scared the crap outta my next door neighbor. they were all yelling and hollering at each other (you would have to understand) and after I popped the cap in this sucker there was total silence. My wife said it scared her and she was inside the house.

Thanks once again to magiccarpetrides for the fantastic hog killer (I'll bet it will do it in one shot too).

You'll love it. I've got a Super Blackhawk and yes it definitely has more "thump" than my 357. Get some American Eagle 240 jhp's, they are loaded pretty hot and give good accuracy out to at least 100 yds(that's as far as I've shot with them)

ROTFLMAO, no but they live kinda beside me and I was shooting on my property that runs up along side of theirs. And they live kinda in a hole so it was plenty loud down there.

I've got a S&W 629 .44 mag. I love shooting it, I just wish the ammo for it was cheaper. That'll be the next thing I reload.

Yes, I noticed it was not exactly reasonable, oh well, got enough guns for a while now to concentrate on some ammo.
