Hey Guys... long time lurker here. I didn't see a thread on this and thought it deserved some attention.

I'm definitely going to order the 686PC and maybe one of the new 9mm revolvers. I hope this leads to the 9mm J-frame coming back

It's pretty cool they brought back the K-frame model 66 and a 5 shot 44mag model 69(L-frame).

There's also a M&P Bodyguard 380 without the integrated laser sight now.

Till they ditch the internal lock, I'll stick with vintage Smith and Wesson revolvers.

Not only that but the underlug treatment and flats on the barrel side looks like Ass with a capital A. And a rail on a revolver (loud puking noise).

I will  continue to by the vintage S&W's also, like the full underlug 5" barreled 625 Model of 1989 in .45 acp I picked up a while back.

Did they stop makin' the N frame and replace it with the L or somethin'? Haven't looked into but I know the older .357 and .44 were N frame like my model 28. As far as I'm concerned, that was the best lookin' (27/28) pistol they ever made. It sho' is a heavy mammajamma, though.

They still make N frames. They just aren't as popular as when cops were still carrying revolvers.
