how Obama is still sitting in the White House untouched by the Right? Well I think I have it figured out. 

 

Other than his making law from the Oval Office, (6 Changes to the ACA, already SUPPOSED to be set in stone by the SCOTUS), ignoring the War Powers Act, the Banghazi debacle, the ACA rollout, supporting our enemies (Trying to finance the same terrorists in Syria and Libya that this Countries troops have been fighting for 12 years), the order of Political Profiling on Conservative Groups by the IRS, giving 35 non elected "czars" regulatory powers that are SUPPOSED to be held by the Congress alone, backdoor implementation of the DREAM Act, turning part of 3 counties in Arizona over to Mexican thugs, murderers and drug dealers (Failing to secure the Border), Operation Fast and Furious, supporting an Attorney General who disregards Congressional "requests" with impunity, bypassing the legislative process and running Americans out of business through the EO Process through the EPA and FDA, soliciting campaign funds from within the White House, sending Valerie Jarret to do a back door Nuclear deal with Iran a year before bringing it to Congress and 11 months before putting the SoS in charge of the deal, placing former people who were on the US Terrorist Watch list, sworn enemies of the US (The Muslim Brotherhood) in positions of Government, such as placing Mohamid Alibiary, a member of the Brotherhood, Financier of Hamas, and proponent of Sharia Law in a position of Adviser on the Homeland Security Advisory Council, illegal (unconstitutional) recess appointments, stopping the deportation of Illegal Aliens with criminal records, hollowing out the military through Social experimentation and financially (Along with Congress), failing to order his AG to investigate widespread voter fraud and voter intimidation by the Black Panthers at certain Polling stations, holding a moratorium on drilling in the Gulf while handing Brazil 2 Billion taxpayer dollars for Oil drilling and exploration..in the Gulf, allowing Interpol to operate in the US without approval of Local or Federal Law Enforcement or Congressional oversight, Unconstitutionally firing the CEO of a private company...GM, which the US taxpayer bailed out because "It doesn't need to go bankrupt, but went bankrupt anyway, Obama and his minions lying to Congress and the American people over and over about the ACA, even after what he was lying about was happening right in front of and to Americans, violating due process by firing certain Government employees without a hearing, giving "Special Drawing Rights" to the UN, handing over part control of the US economy, issuing EO's in an attempt to bypass the Congress and SCOTUS and violate the 2A rights of Americans in 4 Border States, attempting to bypass the 14th Amendment and raise the debt ceiling unilaterally, granting waivers on No Child Left Behind which is a Congressionally enacted law giving him no rights at all to change it or grant waivers, adding "Undue Command Influence" to the mix in Military Courts Martials by commenting and basically convicting troops before they even went to trial, by EO allowed 80,000 Muslims into the US this year and over 100,000 per year for the next 5 years, transferring defense dollars to ACORN groups and their replacement groups.

 

Anyway, these are just a "couple 'a few" things this great President has accomplished. There isn't enough bandwidth available on TGO to list ALL of the GREAT things he has done for this Country.

 

So yes, I do know why Obama is still in the White House. Everyone needs to stop complaining.

He is building his Legacy and wants to be known as the worst President in the history of this country and the Republican Congress is helping him is why he is still in office.  I can only hope we can make all of his dreams come true in that Legacy in 2014 elections and make sure he is the only President to go to prison where he will have plenty of time to write his life's story...............jmho    Yea, I know  I am dreaming but I don't think he has written an EO yet that outlaws dreams?.................... :ugh: :ugh:

Well TankerHC, this seems a little vague, what do you really think :usa:

He is building his Legacy and wants to be known as the worst President in the history of this country and the Republican Congress is helping him is why he is still in office.

 

He is in office because so far the Senate would not convict him if the House impeaches him. I'd posit the House has an ongoing list of offenses, should the Senate go GOP in '14 (which it narrowly most likely won't).

 

On the other hand, even if it does, the GOP may well not mess with it, with 2 years left in his reign. Doesn't depend on the passe concepts of Truth, Justice, and the American Way, but just politics.
