I'm all alone with the dogs here. The wife went to Colombia (her home country) to see family. Last year this time I was down there and man we partied. It was a blast. Too much going on for me to go this year. Tonight I Think I'll build a fire. Still got half a bottle of Gent. Jack from Christmas. Maybe later on I'll step out back and fire the Mosin some. I have a friend who stepped out back and fired the ole Mosin some.  A richochet steel-cored round ended up in a neighbors house half a mile up the road.  The deputies came calling.  He says he won't do it no more.

We are in tonight as well. Although we didnt plan it that way. Me and my wife had originally planned to go to the billiards club here in Chattanooga to ring in the new year, but our daughter had other plans. Her grandparents came to pick her up so she could spend the night with them. They went to leave and our daughter started crying saying she wanted to stay home. We dont force her to stay with them if she doesn't want to, because we fear that will just make it worse to where she never wants to go over there. So here we are at the house watching the ball drop on tv. A few rounds of j.d. tennessee honey will be had.
