Three pages of cocking jokes, who knew.......

Well after 4 pages of cock jokes I finally got my answer courtesy of Bill.

With the gun cocked, place thumb on hammer, pull trigger then immediately release the trigger, then the hammer can be let go safely.

The released trigger blocks the pin from engaging,so even if the full force of the hammer struck,it would not go off.

Bill also says Magiccarpet has soft hands

Well why didn't you say so.BTW revolvers with the firing pin on the hammer will still fire if you let your thumb slip even without your finger on the bang lever.

The concealed hammer makes it hard to even cock it,much less de-cock.

It sounds like your cock is too stiff. You might want to have that checked. :)
