A couple days ago I bought a Taurus 851 for pocket carry which got me to thinking,is there a way to safely de-cock this thing!?

The concealed hammer makes it hard to even cock it,much less de-cock.

If it is too hard to cock maybe you need a pro. There is a good selection on Rossville Blvd around the Hamilton Inn and the Mapco.:P

Do I get a GFE for those 300 roses?

NO, but you'll get a complimentary STD.

The best option would be to have a place to do it which will catch the discharge... such as a barrel of sand for clearing, or whatever else may be convenient or attractive
