I mistakenly ordered a left hand holster for my wife instead of a right hand. One email and it was on its way back with a new one on its way to me. I also have a belt from them and it is outstanding. Absolutely top notch, got a package from them missing a small component(spare set of clips I had requested) and one phone call and it was in route showed up within 48 hours. I've had amazon take longer to fix an issue with a shipment and they are typically my gold standard I hold all others selling over the internet to.

Follow-up:  Just talked to Crossbreed, they were closed before Christmas.  < 1 min phone call, and a screw is on the way in the mail today, no charge.  Outstanding.

Received the screw kit in the mail yesterday, ~48 hrs from call to the mailbox, again outstanding.
