just been busy with setting up a reloader, tumbling system and getting rid of a last bit of tools that I have had for sale, as well as the Christmas stuff.  along with huddling near the fire during the colder days.

I hear ya Ron!

I guess when I read your title of this post, Does, I think of Does What?  Don't know why.

P.S. very nice BTW.

Maybe I should have said (add music here) "A doe, a deer, a female deer"...lol   Or titled the thread "Hoe's", "Doe's" maybe something else. Heck it even confuses me and I wrote it!

Thank You

Dave

Great Does Dave! They're gonna be great eating. You gonna cure one of the hams?

I put about 30 pounds of meat aside (I haven't added pork and pork fat yet) to make some more snack sticks and summer sausage. The bad thing about jerky (sliced whole muscle, not ground meat) it cost me 8 to 10  meals of roast, steaks, stew meat and burger, for a decent batch of jerky. Jerky is good and all but right now we're benefiting better from the meals. If I get another, then I'll make some jerky. I've never had deer jerky made from burger, but it doesn't sound good.
