So after Ann Curry's attack on Kirk Cameron's religious beliefs, numerous news articles over the years proposing the non-existent Constitutional separation of Church and State, tonight on the news.

 

 

NBC has contracted with the Producers of the History Channel's "The Bible" to produce a 12 hour mini series on Christianity called "AD".

 

The tagline sounds like the tagline for a big budget Schwarzenegger Movie. "It didn't end with the Crucifixion, it was only the beginning" 

 

I suppose afterward we will hear how many Conservatives and Religious people are now watching NBC, my opinion, a desperate act by a desperate failing Network to get viewership back and rise in the ratings numbers. They could give a crap less about Christianity, and the very people they hired were bashed by NBC Radio when the series was running for the fairy tale they created.

CNN been doing similar with Amanpour's "Back to the Beginning" series.

 

Pretty enjoyable actually, the ones I've seen. She's pretty neutral, having Muslim father, Christian mother, and married to a Jew. :)

 

Don't know what she claims to be, if anything.

This is happening more and more. Networks like NBC are struggling these days because WE THE PEOPLE have finally began to have an impact on their bottom line and they are struggling to keep sponsors. MSNBC is what is actually killing NBC and if they would just shut that down it would raise their ratings. I mean when you have people like Al Sharpton as a contributor and commentator on MSNBC how could you have anything but bad ratings. The only time my TV goes to channel 4 here is on Sunday night for the football game...............jmho

Hmm, prolly just a ratings ploy. The show may just be about all the aweful stuff the gov...er 'Christianity' has done in history... :tinfoil:
