Speaking of being safe for the holidays, I feel like i should mention/spread the word about a facebook post a friend made last night. This happened at the Wal Mart in Hixson. The clerk tried to sneak in a visa gift card into his purchase! He didnt notice it till he got home, and was unloading his car and thought the tally seemed a little high, got to looking at his receipt, and sure enough there about halfway down the receipt read "visa gift card" or something along those lines. In the amount of $25. He said the walmart managers were very nice and professional about it though, and got his money back. Im assuming the clerk got fired.

Check those receipts this time of year folks!

Did any of ya'll hear about those folks up in NJ that got car jacked right after leaving the mall and husband was killed and wife was not injured but they lost all gifts and his life. Found the car the next day empty of all gifts. Later in an interview with wife she said that the had purchased some rather expensive gifts while at the mall including a few diamond gifts from jewelry store in mall. It is very important while shopping this year cause there is a chance your being watched by bad folks in the malls to see what your buying and most likely targeting only those buying high end items for the car jacking's. Don't know what the man may have done other than refuse to give up the car and try to protect his wife but it got him killed.  I'm not sure what the carry laws are in NJ either but evidently the victim was unarmed. Just saying ya'll stay vigilant about your surrounding while shopping these last few days.......................jmho
