Love it. I am thinking about ordering one of the sniper mosin packages that wideners has to offer. Any input? waste of money? It's $569

Website says they are reproductions, but even if they were originals, they wouldn't be for me. To me the beauty of the mosins are their history and low price

Better deal, as these are not repros, but are arsenal refinished, as are the vast majority of the ones in the country.

I miss my M44. Short story. Got it as birthday present from a friend. Let him borrow it a few months later. Then his brother took it and then he went and pawned it. I wish you could still find mosins for around $150 then I would damn well buy a 91/30.

Both AIM and Classic regularly have "B" grade 91/30's for $99, occasionally as low as $89.  Get on the notification lists for stocking info.
