The ones I've shot had a good bit of play between the upper and lower. Also had a cheeper barrel. Probably a cheeper BCG too. For a grand I would just want to get a better brand. The extras he was offered too are not worth much more that a hundred bucks. If I remember the leapers stuff is china knock offs. Now if he would take six bills for just the rifle that might be a better deal.

There is nothing wrong with Bushmaster rifles. I have 2. 

I would get it at that price with the ammo.

Don't get me wrong, they will shoot. I just have found the QC on the ones I've handled to be less than I would like. I also think that price is high for used even with the extras. Knock a few hundred off and I would say jump on it.

Well one thing is for sure, it seems ALL used rifles are way over priced no matter the brand. I think it is a lot of those guys who panic'd and bought high, and now seeing the price on new ones are having a meltdown.

Yeah but current market value on PMC bronze is right around 8.99 per box, roughly $180 in brass ammo alone, plus that Wolf which is worth about $80ish, that's $260 in ammo alone, I dunno, I think that deal would be sold if he could talk em down to 900. Rifle is probably worth $580-640ish, accy's are maybe $80-100 tops. At $900, the OP would be getting the accy's for free more or less but this is considering everything is in original and immaculate condition and this also just the opinion of this feller.

I'm not a Colt fanboy and I've had good luck plinking with Rock River and Bushmaster. That said a 6920 of any flavor that can be bought for around  $1,000 is probably the best gun buy in America right now. Google is your friend.....or just drop by your local Walmart and pick one up.
