Buying/selling during Christmas

Wondering if anyone else can speak to a pattern on holiday sale of firearms?

Do prices tend to rise due to people looking for the "gotta have it" nature of gift giving...

On the other hand, are folks selling stuff cheap to ensure they get some cash for other needs.

I don't really have an agenda on it, but wondered if there are long-term trends some of you might have observed?

I think you see both.  I think the trend for people really looking to/have to sell is after the credit card statements come in after the first of the year.
