 I'm glad to see the guard responded when needed but a better scenario would be for schools to not disarm adults that carry. According to one report, the SRO, a deputy sheriff, responded with others "Once he learned of the threat, he ran -- accompanied by an unarmed school security officer and two administrators..."

 

Why is the school security officer unarmed? That's just pitiful.
