Car key, Holster, and Pistol change frequently according to dress, weather, and attire. Everything else has remained pretty much the same for the last 5 years or so.

Thanks! I have a friend who cerakotes a lot of stuff for a fair price.. The frame is fde from the factory and I did the slide in patriot brown.. If you are interested in having anything coated I can get you his info..

Nice coating on the slide.  How does the cerakote hold up against the kydex?  Do you train a lot with it?  .. ie. a lot of draw and reholster?

Thanks.. I've drawn and reholstered a decent amount with little to no wear on in but I haven't trained with it yet so don't know how'd it stand up to that But id for sure take it over the stock coating

i carry a bigger edc in the cooler months

 

Glock 17 with a threaded barrel and a magwell and a WL-1 light attached in a Personal Security Systems custom holster.

spare mag with a +2 extension in a comp-tac single mag holder

Kershaw folder

smaller buck 3 blade for daily tasks

fenix ld-10 light

 

in the warmer weather, i will take off the magwell at times but the more i carry it the less i notice it.

They manufacture both; FDE was new a year or so ago and they brought back OD shortly thereafter.  Neither are as widespread as black, but they're out there.

It is, I can forward the pages to my phone, but there isn't a ringer on any phone I've had in recent years that can actually wake me from a dead sleep like that pager can. It also happens to keep me from having to give the hospital switchboard my personal cell phone number.  :pleased:  

 

Thinking about it the pager also works in places where no cell phones do; many of the subterranean tunnels on the medical campus for instance.

Not a bad idea. I am on-call for our business on a rotating schedule. I use the theme song from the old tv show Chips; http://www.televisiontunes.com/Chips.html. Got woke up by it 3 times this week, it works good. It takes awhile to get back to sleep though. Sorry for the thread hijack.

When I want to go IWB I remove the light and carry the Glock in an MDJ holster.  I could carry the Raven IWB with J hooks but I find it uncomfortable.
