Glock 26 got my answer, close please

i will start with this is not for sale.
somebody is wanting to trade me a gen 3 glock 26 with box and 3 mags. what is this gun really worth, as far as this area? i have looked on line and in the book but i'm not sure if i will keep it or not and i want to make a fair trade.

Generally a Gen 3 G26 can be had new for $500 before taxes and TICS.  The extra mag is $25, if it doesn't have night sites I would personally value it between $425 - $500 including the mag.  Low end of the price would be for excessive wear, high round count, etc for trade value the high end would be LNIB.

 

Of course the above is just my opinion and is worth exactly what you paid for it.

I recently sold a Glock 26 Gen 4 w/3 mags for $475 and it took several days, so 450-475 is about right on.

If you really want the gun and it's in good shape I would say $500 is not bad. If you're looking for a deal $450 to $475. JMHO.

thanks for the replies. i'm not a 9mm fan, so this is probably just something to move along but you never know. he stats that it is lnib with round count of less than 100. it comes with box, 3 mags and IWB leather Bianchi holster.  he wants me to allow him 500 towards mine.

Sounds fair. I have seen LNIB going for 600 locally. It is strange to see a used gun going for more than a new one.

I'd say $475 sounds about right but I might go to $500 because of the extra magazine. I wouldn't figure the holster in the deal. Unless he has another G26/27 laying around then he will be stuck with it anyway.
