actually that entire booklet is good, and there are some other great resources on the same site as well.  Its mostly about 1-handed competition shooting BUT the basics are the same for all shooting.   You can use the same ideas with 2h shooting stances, you just have to learn to not apply any pressure with the second hand; the second hand and the stance have to contribute to stability, not detract from it, in other words.

He's milking the grip.  Tip of the trigger finger was a good start.  Get the strong hand as high into the grip as possible.  No need to crush the gun.  Apply light pressure on the frame above the trigger guard with the side of the weak thumb.  Take all the slack out of the trigger and fire from there.  See the rear sight while making the front sight crystal clear.  At this range, the target should be fuzzy, but not blurry.  If he dry fires a few times with his eyes shut, he'll quickly learn the feel of the trigger after the slack (unless it's a Kahr, which has no slack).

Sorry if it was already said, but dummy rounds always work for when I train. Also, take his wife or girlfriend with him and let her shoot. Men often overthink it. My mother fired 10 shots in to the bullseye because I told her to pull the trigger, but try to not let the gun fire. On the dummy rounds she didn't flinch because she did not know when the hammer was going to fall. It will prove to him that's it's not a macho thing it's a follow the directions thing. Both eyes open from the beginning would be nice too. That's a hard habit to break. Again sorry if this was already said. Safe shooting and good luck!
