Hi, does anyone have a suggestion for a home inspector in Rutherford County?

In my line of work I have met many home inspectors. There is a guy, bill Carlson, that makes all the others look bad. He is the most thorough and detail oriented inspector I have ever seen. Google bill carlson home inspector nashville and you will find him.

Thanks for the suggestion!  I went ahead and sent him a message because we enjoyed the blog on his website so much! 

 

Hopefully he has availability.  If not, we are still open to suggestions!

I think you will be glad you did. I have literally met hundreds of inspectors and I actually remember his name because he is so good. When we get our next house he is my guy.

I've used Bill Carlson.  He does good work.

If that doesn't work, try Jack Minchey. He's in Lafayette, but gets to Rutherford County pretty regularly, I think. He inspected my house pre-purchase, and was very thorough and professional. (615) 633-6834.

Well, it looks like Bill Carlson is on vacation when I need the inspection....so I'm still looking.
