The events of this brought out something in me that I've never felt as strongly. My wife and I don't have kids so I can't say how I would feel if it had been mine. This totally engulfed me today and I couldn't focus on anything but this. Posting on every news station FB page, sending personal emails and continually checking the thread to see if there was any new developments and much prayer time. Nothing else mattered but hearing that she was safe.

I'm so very thankful that she is safe! Don't know the circumstances but Paul, know that you and the whole family will remain in my prayers!

GOD IS GOOD!!!

My boy is all grown up, but I have a 14-year-old grand-daughter.  Done a number on me, too.  As others have noted, very happy, indeed, that she is safe and well.  Prayers for the family continue, as well as thanks to the Good Lord above for answered prayers.

Great news TDR.  I was really worried through the first 7 or 8 pages, but I've got tears in my eyes right now knowing that she is back home safe.  I'm sure the entire family still has some "stuff" to work through so know that there are still a lot of people praying for all of you!

I've edited the first post in the thread so that folks who are just now catching up know the current status.  Sorry I didn't do this earlier, as I know some of you anguished through 7 pages to learn that she was indeed found and is safe.

From the agony to the ecstacy. The power of prayer is awsome, as is this community of caring people.
