A pregnant woman has had her baby forcibly removed by caesarean section by social workers.

Essex social services obtained a High Court order against the woman that allowed her to be forcibly sedated and her child to be taken from her womb.

The council said it was acting in the best interests of the woman, an Italian who was in Britain on a work trip, because she had suffered a mental breakdown.

The baby girl, now 15 months old, is still in the care of social services, who are refusing to give her back to the mother, even though she claims to have made a full recovery.

I wonder iffin this sort of "forced abduction from the womb" procedure will be covered under Obamacare or if our socialist moms here in the States will have to pay for it out of pocket ...

Especially since it did not appear to be medically necessary to protect the unborn childs (or mothers) life or even health.

I'm sorry, I just can't get worked up about Obama in regard to something that another government is doing. It makes no sense.

Are.  They are here.  Not that I agree, I am just trying to correct the part of this statement that made my head hurt the most.  If you're going swing around a big word like "dystopian" let's make sure the rest of the sentence is correct.

 

And for what it's worth, if this is the indicator that you needed to firm up your belief that things have gone to hell in a hand basket, your situational awareness is hosed.

Anything that set's a precedent  for future action in the violation of our rights is a bad thing. They already point to the Euro-Union as the 'model' of civilized thinking. Just think if you own a Bible or a gas engine car or a gun. Any of these "bad things" could lead to your kids being removed before birth.

on a lighter note I believe the Mirena is covered 100% under Obama Care... but just wish they would enforce it on the females that continue to have babies to bleed the system, something has to be done... Naw Jews vote Dem for the majority.......it will be "fighting the home grown terrorist" that will be rounded up and put in Fema death camps (did i get that right?). The people who don't love gays and persons of color, who own guns and love liberty and think they "fought for their rights" for 4 + years that will be seen as the "problem" and the "scape goat" just like the Jews were in Hilter's plans.
