Broke my new trigger finger

Three years ago I cut off my pointer finger on my right hand. It was re-attached and I lost some use. So I switched to my left hand. Tonight I broke my left pointer finger! I'm now going to have to re-train my right or learn to use another finger to shoot!

Middle finger, right hand. point along the frame with your index finger.

Be aware, one handed it will be harder to control recoil, and you run the risk of your index finger getting caught up in the slide. On a revolver it's not a good idea because your index finger will get some nasty burns from the exhaust at the cylinder gap.

It's doable, I've tried it and it works. It takes more getting used to than I wanted to put forward.

Good luck, and here's to a speedy recovery!

This is how I shot all rifles when I was a kid and seemed to shoot better that way. I could hit flyin' birds with my bolt .22. Can't even get close, now but it worked then.
