Yep I made the statement a few weeks ago. They (Democrats up for midterm elections) are trying their best to distant themselves from the fiasco that has ensued since the "roll out". Heard some of the congressional hearings from the Obamacare proceedings that they have not even got the payment portion of the system built. So yes you can get on site and enroll but you cant pay for it. They said it will more than likely be January of next year that it will be up and running.

 

Also how convenient is it that Obama said if you like your plan you can keep it for another year well that time happens to run out when after mid term elections. Reminds me of a quote from Men in Black "A person is smart, but people are dumb"
