Air Force Chaplain charged with inducing panic

The interesting thing about this, the Chaplains story sounds reasonable, but anyone should know in today's environment, anything that even looks like a gun (Pop Tarts and fingers for example), make the weenies wet their pants.  Then, the girl may have had "panic induced" but since the Chaplain was complaining, sounds like the owner (or whoever was behind the desk) may had found a way to get back. But ON THE OTHER HAND walking into an business really teed off, having just had an argument or having an argument with management and carrying one of these and setting it on the counter (while arguing).......well
