Who elects these so called black leaders? I never see a black election day.

Leadership does not require election, especially when character and honor is applied.

Who are the "white leaders"? I haven't ever known, so I just haven't been following anyone.

No such thing.  It's not allowed.

A friend of mine sent me that about a month ago. They are the black leaders of many different black organizations that are mostly located in big cities. We have a few white organizations but they remain behind the scenes for the most part. Masons are one of them, Scottish Rights are another but because they don't make good news items they are seldom heard from. My brother is a Mason is how I know about them.

Surely you can identify character and high standards in some persons around you.

In Knoxville, several come to mind -  Pat Summitt, Joan Cronan , Bob Hall, Bill Sanson, John Ward, Dale Henry, etc.

And themselves.

YEP. Just ask Jackson and all the others. But he will probably say it was a public outcry that recruited him to be the frontman for the African-American community.

Same old slave hierarchy just with different titles.

Scottish Right has a scholarship fund if you major in government.  Being that you have to be a Master Mason to be in Scottish Rite they mostly get over shadowed locally by the Blue Lodge and Nationally by the Shrine since most go on to get that too.

I'm a Master Mason and I wouldn't consider Free Masonry white leadership organizations, thought they would make damn good ones!
