GAME CAM, anybody got suggestions on a good model?

Had a Moultrie and it lasted just about 13 months and I hardly ever used it. Was well cared for and now it's kuput. Their customer service sucks. I'm in the market for a new one. Don't want to break the bank but would be nice to have one that worked like a tool.. you know, treat it right and it lasts for a while. (and not a Harbor Freight tool, like the Moultrie)

I like "Wild Game Innovations" cams. They run about $45.00 and picture quality is outstanding. Walmart has them for $45 right now! I just looked at them! I own 4 and really like them!

In my experience with game cams, you get what you pay for.  I had a cheap moultrie and it was absolutely worthless.  I now have Bushnell's and have been extremely pleased.

Another vote for the Wild Game Innovations from what I've seen so far from the one I have. The night time distance isn't as good as some of my other cameras, but the quality of the pictures and videos is just as good if not better at a fraction of the price. Plus after having one of the more expensive cameras stolen a while back I decided I would only buy fairly cheap cameras from here on out. I'm working on trying several different ones, and so far this one is the best. Definitely not a big fan of the cheaper Moultrie cameras.

A word of advice on cameras; mark your camera on the front in plain view with a white paint pen as in the following;

123456789 (use your own TWRA number here).

You are marking it just like you would a trotline or jugs. It is really good at deterring a lowlife from taking your cameras. It shows legal ownership of the camera and most thieves won't fool with it.
