Are we being pushed into civil war?

My tinfoil hat wearing opinion over all is YES WE ARE! They want to eventually push "US" (the right leaning people) into doing or supporting something they can scream about as domestic terrorism and make several examples of and get us in line with what is coming. It is a push towards a One World Government, whether they know it or not.  I have long thought that the final battle that the Bible talks about is Israel vs Islam, just not sure who will side with Israel.

My take is that we are simply being pushed along by liberal ideology and the usual robber baron stuff; and not by some diabolical, murderous conspiracy of evil geniuses bent on destroying this country... Harry Reid is a crook who has been made a milionaire at the gubmt trough... Republican luminaries like Mitch McConnell aint much better...Barak Obama is a nincompoop with narcissistic tendencies and a communist upbringing ALA the usual college professor syndrome who has no idea of what he is doin other than he can do what he wants with his subordinates and to dream of being the father of the Amerikan Utopia... I simply dont see these people as evil geniuses; they are crooks, reprobates, mental midgets, and demigogues; nothin more...

 

The US federal gubmt has become the new Roman Empire and two branches of the federal gubmt and their "ABC" apparatchiks in the govt bureaucracy is runnin wild, ruling against the real citizenry and is simply offering "food and the circus" to the non-productive among us... That wont last too long; simply because it cant sustain it's self....

 

I do believe that if they keep pushin, you are gonna see the state's rights thing come back with a vengeance just like it did before the Civil War... And i think that has been goin on for quite a while...

 

I dont think there will be a war this time; because the people involved don't have the stomach for it... Because we have freedom of travel here in this country; people will move (...ive got 35 year old neighbors from Long Island, NY who left their families to get away from the "blue state" thing... They wanted to keep their own money....), and the red states will simply get redder and richer and the blue states will get bluer and poorer...  The blue states will try to pick the pockets of the red states; but it simply wont work... The country will devolve into a loose confederation of states where "birds of a feather flock together"... 

 

The statists will loose the most of the battles at the federal court level just like they are doin now; and the Constitution will be preserved as the supreme law of the land... The reason for that is not the integrity of the justices and the love of the rule of law--- far from it... The reason is that both sides of the political spectrum are intently watchin and hopin for a bad ruling...The federal judiciary, for the most part i think, understands that very well; and in a back-handed way, they are actually protecting the citizenry and themselves thru sane intrepretations of constitutional law...It's a self preservation thing to the federal judiciary and a "God Send" to the citizenry, i think....

 

Remember this; if the executive or legislative branch can make and enforce un-constitutional law; they can banish the courts... That simply aint gonna happen... The federal level judiciary well knows that; and that is why you are seein the provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights being upheld with such great regularity... Who would have ever thought that the 21st century would have brought about the Heller decision... That sort of thing has not happened in over a hundred years...

 

More than that, the feminization of our society has resulted in the "feminization" of the would be jack-booted thugs it would take to implement this sort of thing...Where are you gonna find the hardened thugs that it would take to implement this sort of thing?... I certainly don't think they are in the military today....

 

I say this whole thing is an interesting diversion that means nothing in the big scheme of things... There's gonna be another election, and it's commin soon... What's goin on now aint a recipe for another winner for the sorts of folks that dream of being dictators...

 

All that bein said; i think we should be vigilant, keep our powder dry, vote, and see to it that the sort of thing the article talks about doesn't happen...

That was a good article, certainly plausible. I don't see any tin foil stuff there. It's probably part of the reason Ron Paul

kept on about auditing the Fed. It also makes Bracken's trilogy very realistic.
