I wasnt sure if he was a CCW holder, asked my cousin Cathy, she wasnt sure but going to find out. Not sure what the rules were but considering couple of years ago a clerk was murdered at that same store, I would have been carrying too.

Circle K's have a crappy little sign next to the door for us customers, and I'll bet they have the dumb policy of no weapons

for employees, also. It's sad that he lost his job, but like other companies, if they have the policy, they will most likely enforce

it because it is there.

 

I had a discussion with an idiot of a clerk at a Circle K in Nashville about HCP's and he was mostly ignorant of the law and it's

use by the public. I told him I have carried hundreds of times before and while the sign was up. I didn't see the sign for quite

a while, so I thought I might get some points by educating him and letting him know, my not being a criminal, and having

carried in there for so long, what's with the sign? It went nowhere, I gave up on the clerk and quit stopping there for coffee.

Too bad, also, the coffee was pretty good, but the neighborhood sucked and I wasn't about to go in there unarmed.
