I like Cholula. It was recommend to me 12 years ago. I've tried a lot of hot sauces since then, but it remains my favorite.

...but since this is from Tennessee, I've give it a try.

Ghost peppers, ha.  This looks like serious business.  That stuff should probably be applied with an eyedropper and it looks like one comes with the bottle.  I'll have to pick up a bottle. It shouldn't be too hard to find.  It appears to be made just over on the other side of town.  Thanks for the tip!

I think they sell it at the Market Square farmers market. It does have a big 'ol eyedropper.

I have to have my Cholula.

No way, I possess the best hot sauce in the world somewhere in my cabinets... Order it by the case, Raoul pm me your address and I'll ship you a bottle if there's any extra.  From a really small company in KY, and it's literally the best stuff on the market.

It has a little bite, but also the best flavor in town.

Well.......don't hold back!  What is it?  I love a good hot sauce.

Gib's bottled hell, hellbanero.

Just checked and I have no extras so it's time to order another case!

Might have to pick that up. I have been mixing that asian sauce with the chicken on it in a clear bottle with green squeeze lid.

This seems to have promise though.

I like a nice amount of heat, but not to the point where it's so painful that you can't even taste anything.

1-10, how hot are we talking? Where would it compare to say, Tobasco?

I'm the wrong guy to ask. I don't think Tabasco has all that much heat.

THIS IS A HOT ONE AND NEEDS TO BE USED SPARINGLY. However it has a really nice flavor.

I had a bowl of beef stew last night and put about 10 drops in. It was warm.

But I will stop and put 3 or 4 drops on my tongue. I like the heat and the taste.

I'm thinking some folks aren't familiar with ghost peppers.

I like hot sauce, but there's no way I'm trying one that comes with an eye dropper.  Especially when it says "ghost pepper" on the label.  :surrender:

Tobasco is for sipping.  This stuff is for enthusiasts.  If you're looking at 1-10 as your rating scale, Ghost peppers are around a 7.

I can't do blazing hot anymore. But, that doesn't mean I don't have a little habanero juice in my veins right now. There's a reason they don't put a 3/4" mouth on a hot sauce bottle.

My favorite is Susie's Original Hot Sauce, from the island of Antigua. Made with Scotch Bonnets and has a dash of mustard in it for body.

I love hot sauce but this one looks a little pricy to me. JMO. They had some in Thailand that would set your azz on fire.

I never said Tobasco was hot. I used it as an example because I know everyone here has had it.

What I'm sensing is that this stuff is really fuking hot.

Do they have Google in Florida? If so, Google Bhut Jolokia
