I think you meant DDR marked rifles instead of Russians, all 91/30's currently available are coming from former Soviet republics and thus are all "Russian" rifles.  The $139 variants were made at the Tula arsenal, and usually sell out fairly quickly, mainly due to internet myths about their rarity...

Thier calling them  Original "Russian" WWII on AIM. Those are $129. The Hex Russians are $139 and The DDR's are $179
