Looking for a freelance Excel guru

I have a client who needs some Excel work done:

 

I can tell you exactly what I need. Looks like estimated 10 hrs. It's 129000 lines of data. Exported into excel or access, formatted for POS RPRO import. I know the format but it's too many lines to be formatted, getting a misalignment corrupts the database and it's useless. We've done a lot of hats. I need to test the ALU #'s for integrity. Once the data is converted into an RPRO Format, we can come back with a quantity file just be ALU #

 

Basically they're moving from one POS system to another. The data in the current POS system needs to be pulled into Excel and reformatted for import into the new POS.
